Please review the general information, terms, and conditions for our Self-drive trips below prior to completing your Reservation Form. ‘Black Sheep’ refers to Black Sheep Touring Co., Ltd.

Due to the fluctuating nature of exchange rates, our tours are priced and sold in New Zealand dollars only. Check with one of our Travel Shepherds, use our online currency converter or contact your bank for indicative pricing in your currency of choice.

Prices include a New Zealand Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 15%.

Prices are subject to change in the event of supplier increases and/or GST fluctuations.

Your Self-drive Tour reservation is held with a deposit of NZ$500 per person, accompanied by your completed Reservation Form(s). Your deposit can be paid in one of three ways: include your Visa or MasterCard details on your Reservation Form, call a Black Sheep Travel Shepherd with your credit card information, or make a New Zealand dollar bank transfer. Contact a Travel Shepherd for transfer details.

Please note that the exchange rate used on the date of your deposit does not lock in the exchange rate for the remaining balance payment of your tour if that payment is made at a later date. To secure an exchange rate, your tour may be paid for in full at the same time as your deposit, or any time prior to the full balance due date, once final pricing is determined as advised below.

Black Sheep’s acceptance of your deposit and receipt of your Reservation Form(s) begins the booking process of your Self-drive tour. Once bookings have been made, final pricing of your tour will be advised and a Confirmation Packet will be sent to you confirming all arrangements and providing further information about New Zealand and your tour.

The balance of your tour payment can be made by the methods listed above and is due at least 60 days before the New Zealand departure date of your tour.
